Stylsaf is a Spanish based company with the centre of operations in the community of Valencia, to sustain its expansion commercially and logistically there are five branches organized strategically in the major cities of Spain.
Stylsaf is organized around four key activities in the commercial furniture sector: manufacturing, design, installation and project management to a national and international level. To this aim, we have developed a solid structure with 3 manufacturing centres with over 250 professional craftsmen and 35,000 m2 of installations.
The first, in La Vall d’Uixó, is specialized in the processing (bending, punching, laser, profiling and welding) of metal parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel and zinc) and subsequent treatment in epoxy. This centre includes the main logistic platform of the group.
The second, the most recently, also in La Vall d’Uixó and adjacent to previous one, is the centre that process and handle stainless steel, woodwork and lacquer finishes of high quality.
Finally, the third in Moncófar, is the industrial carpentry centre.
Processed And Finished In Steel And Aluminium
This plant of Stylsaf is dedicated to manufacture the metallic components, together with the most modern paint installation, folding and laser for sheet of thicknesses up to 25mm, treatment of aluminium, steel and stainless steel and the formatting and edge banding equipment.
We also have the latest technology in processing, laser cutting and tube handling.
In addition, next to this installation is based the logistic centre of the group, consisting in a fleet with a full range vehicles of various tonnage.
Stainless Lacquered And Joinery Finishing
Installations recently introduced which aim is to combine serial production and high quality of finishing. The plant is structured in numerous small workshops specialized in the manufacturing of stainless steel as in the manufacturing of exclusive and personalized furniture.
The high standard finishing is obtained thanks to the latest technology. The automatized lacquered line with a vertical furnace enhances a treatment of ecological varnish and continues to the drying process with ultraviolet.
Recently we have added facilities for treatment of rust blued and metallic finishes.
Industrial Carpentry
Founded in 1988, manufactures the modular components of Stylsaf’s catalogue, together with the manufacturing of various specialized chains and franchising, being its product the one with the greatest value add and differentiation of our furniture.
We have available automatized lines of equipment to offer melamine, laminated, post formed, re-plating, composites, PVC, lacquered y varnished.
Recently we have obtained PEFC certification aims to ensure forest sustainability.
